Geometry and Quantum Theory (GQT)

Francesca Arici

Francesca Arici studied mathematics at the Università Cattolica in Brescia where she was awarded an M.Sc in 2011 after writing her thesis under the supervision of D. Bahns (Göttingen), G. Nardelli (Brescia) and S. Pianta (Brescia).

In 2015, she was awarded a PhD-degree in Mathematical Physics from the International School for Advanced Studies (SISSA) in Trieste, Italy, under supervision of Prof. G.  Landi (Università di Trieste) and Prof. L. Dabrowski (SISSA).

From October 2015 she holds a Post-Doc position at the Radboud University Nijmegen in the group of W. D. Van Suijlekom.

Her research focuses on non-commutative geometry and its interaction with mathematical physics.
